More than 900 Creative Works Submitted to Educational DIGITECH 2011

«ICTs as Effective Educational Tools» contest concluded its third edition DIGITEC 2011 on February 11, 2011 at the Mkhitar Sebastatsy Educational Complex. More than 900 creative media productions were submitted by students and teachers within three weeks for all 11 nominations of the contest.  About 100 schoolchildren and teachers were awarded with prizes from Aleksanyan Foundation, Enterprise Incubator Foundation, National Center for Educational Technologies and Unicomp. In frames of DIGITEC 2011 Media Education Center conducted it's master class for students and teachers.

All submitted works are posted on  www.mskh.am web site, as well on different social networks, such as Facebook and Youtube, or Slideshare. Mkhitar Sebastatsy Educational Complex is a rare educational institution in Armenia, where media education has been introduced at different levels from elementary to high school.  Intel’s Classmate PC and Firm Alpha’s «Smartboard and Electronic Pens in the Classroom» programs are also implemented here.
